Amherst Survival Center's 15th Annual Empty Bowls

Empty Bowls is the Amherst Survival Center’s signature fundraiser, and it's back, fully in person, this year! Empty Bowls will be at the Amherst Survival Center, located at 138 Sunderland Road in Amherst. Join us anytime from 12:00-4:00 p.m. on Saturday April 1st for a delightful meal and table service by fabulous local celebrities! You’ll find delicious soup made by local restaurants and our kitchen (vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options), warm bread, salad, and a light dessert. Come select a beautiful bowl handcrafted by local potters and enjoy a hearty seasonal meal. The keepsake bowl is yours to take home as a reminder of the bowls that go empty in Western Massachusetts, as well as the inspiring work you are supporting, ending hunger in our community. Event proceeds support the Center's food and nutrition programs which serve almost 7,000 food-insecure residents of Hampshire and Franklin Counties.

Admission: $50 per person (regular ticket), includes soup, salad, bread and a handcrafted bowl $30 per person (no bowl option), includes soup, salad, bread (does not include handcrafted bowl) $10 children under 10 (ages 3-10), includes soup, salad, bread (does not include handcrafted bowl) FREE for Children 2 and under
