Open Hearth Cooking Workshop - Supper at Hall Tavern
Prepare hearty tavern fare including roast pork, winter vegetable soup, apple pie, and long rolls with butter. While the food is cooking, play some board games and nine pins in the tap room. Join us this March and learn how to prepare dishes from the past under the guidance of our experienced Open Hearth Cooks. Each workshop is designed to teach you a variety of cookery techniques. You will participate in the process and assist Hearth Cooks in the preparation of period recipes. When the food is ready, you will sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor!
Admission: The registration fee is $75 per person ($65 for members).
