Yoga on Tap with Rachel May Flows

Join us on Sunday, July 2nd from 10-11am to find your flow with Rachel Howe of Rachel May Flows* Admission is $18 for an all levels Vinyasa style yoga class, with an option to separately purchase a beverage for a private hour in The Brewery at Four Star Farms' taproom from 11am-12pm Rachel asks all participants to dress comfortably, and to bring your own yoga mat if you have one. Bottled water will be available in the taproom *Rachel Howe is a local yoga instructor with over 200 hundred registered hours instructing. Rachel encourages people of all ages and levels to join us, yoga is for everyone!
